Can you authorize me to share a specific calendar to people outside of NEIU? Additionally, why can users not use Labs for Gmail and Calendar. They offer helpful tools for planning and workflow. Finally, is there any Project Management Software available for university employees?

Hello,

You can share a calendar with people outside the NEIU domain, but they will be restricted to the "See only free/busy" option for security purposes. 

Some Labs for Nmail and Calendar are restricted due to security purposes (e.g. FERPA requirements, data access).

The University does offer Microsoft Project for employees seeking project management software. Due to its expense, this is license restricted software so please speak with your supervisor about acquiring a license.
