Hi Sheena,

Your should first review your Student Detail Schedule in NEIUport to make sure that you are registered for the course.  If yes, you should also contact the instructor to make sure that the instructor is using D2L.  (Not all faculty use D2L.)  If you are still encountering difficulties, please send an email to both ctl@neiu.edu and registration@neiu.edu.
