When my email migrated, all my Outlook folder names migrated too. However, they now all appear in Nmail as "Inbox/xxx". I want to delete the "Inbox" part of the label, because it takes up too much space (and it's redundant). Do I have to do that by hand, one by one, or is there a way to delete them all at once, leaving just the name I assigned to the label?

Answer

Unfortunately there is currently no known method for group editing of labels.

Users can however easily edit their list of labels by clicking on the “Settings” icon in the upper right corner of the e-mail window, selecting “Settings” from the menu, and then choosing “Labels” from the “Settings” window.  You can then scroll down to the “Labels” section and click “edit” under the “Action” column for the label you wish to edit.  Here you can edit each label quickly and be immediately returned to the label section where you can choose the next label in your list to edit.
