The SPSS installation on my desktop computer has stopped working.

The message reads "A fatal error has occurred and the client can no longer communicate with the server" Do I need to install an update of some kind?

Please contact the UTS Help Desk by phone at 773-442-4357 (extension 4357 on campus), or by e-mail at helpdesk@neiu.edu, Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. to arrange for a technician to meet with you to evaluate your SPSS installation.
