I have tried entering my user ID as well as my name on the iPhone setting page as well as the new info about the NETID@neiu.edu address. The message that comes up is not moving me to the next page; just says I will not be able to send or receive mail. Please advise.

Added 07/24/2013:   Some people have been reporting issues when setting up their IPHONE for NMAIL.  Attached is some new and much improved documentation - hope this will help !
