Q. My account has been disabled, what do I do to fix it?

Please contact the Helpdesk at (773) 442-4357 or via email at helpdesk@neiu.edu to resolve.

NEIUport Access and NEIU E-Mail accounts are only available to students, staff & faculty who have an active relationship with the university.

Once an individual leaves the university, access is maintained for a period of time and then terminated with notification.

Please refer to the University E-Mail Policy for details. A link to this policy is posted on the NEIUport login page.
