This has happened to me twice now, and people are confused about when we are meeting.
Users should set their own local time zones for their individual calendars to ensure that meeting times are accurate and consistent. This can be done by clicking on the Settings icon in the upper right corner of their calendar window and then clicking on the word “Settings”. In the “Calendar Settings” window, locate the “Your Current Time Zone” section and confirm that the time zone listed is correct. If the correct time zone is not displayed, you can set the correct time zone by clicking the arrow to the right of the time zone box and selecting the correct time zone from the displayed list. If your time zone is not displayed in the list, you can check the “Display all time zones” check box.
